In this world with a growing population, the need for affordable, safe and good quality products is rising. Furthermore there is more awareness of customers for these products to be produced in a socially and environmentally responsible way. To fulfill this need, FSSC 22000 provides a trusted brand assurance platform to the consumer goods industry.

FSSC 22000 is a Food Safety Management Certification Scheme, managed by Foundation FSSC 22000 and governed by an independent Board of Stakeholders which consists of representatives from several sectors in the food industry. FSSC 22000 is used to control food safety risks.

The Food Safety Certification requirements provide a rigorous system to manage food safety risks and provide safe products for use by companies in the food industry.

FSSC 22000 is a GFSI recognized food safety certification. This allows our customers to have confidence in their food safety program and know that you have a rigorous food safety system in place.

FRIEND OF THE SEA

We are proud to announce that we have been accredited with the only sustainable fisheries certification programme recognized and supervised globally by a National Accreditation Body – FRIEND OF THE SEA.

Friend of the Sea Certification gives the public reassurance that fish products originating from a fisheries are managed in a responsible and sustainable way.

The FRIEND OF THE SEA label guarantees the consumer that the products produced by ANNA Dutch b.v. are:

  • from healthy not over-exploited fish stocks;
  • farmed in sites preliminary assessed for the Environmental Impact;
  • use no growth hormones, harmful antifouling nor antifouling paints;
  • no impact on critical habitat (e.g. mangroves, wetlands, etc.);
  • compliance with water quality parameters;

Water, energy and waste management is in place. Fish feed is sourced from Friend of the Sea approved sources and certified sustainable.
