Salmon Roe is one of the most popular Caviar’s because the flavor is less strong with a delicious hint of Salmon. It also has a distinctive pop when consumed. This is typically the first caviar that someone who has never had caviar tries. Our signature chum caviar is made from fresh chum roe that has been seasoned with sea salt without neither preservatives nor pasteurisation. The roe is processed and stored in a cold environment of near freezing temperatures so that it infuses slowly and safely without overpowering the natural flavour of the eggs, but still Hand packed and quality checked for color, size, freshness, flavour and texture.
