Description
The smallest eggs of Sevruga are grey-black with a fine grain and with oil when crushed. They have the strongest salt-sea flavour of all sturgeon eggs. Among connoisseurs they are the most highly appreciated for their unique taste.- Species: Acipenser Stellatus
